A bit about me, I'm a mom of 3 girls, Ann-Marie, Annabelle, Austin, and my baby boy, David Jr. I moved to the Central Coast with my husband about 12 years ago from Riverside. It was the best thing we could have done for our family. We live out in the country of Paso Robles now on 10 acres. We have a 2 horses, 2 goats, a pig, 4 big dogs, and 4 cats. We love our little ranch life that we have created.

how it started
I've always been the girl with camera. I was 10 when I got my first point and shoot camera for my birthday and that really started it all. I joined yearbook in Middle school and High school. And I would do little photoshoots with my friends in High school. My hobby got put away for little awhile, when I started a family.
When Covid shutdowns began I had just purchased a camera and I started seeing other photographers offer mentor zoom sessions. So I signed right up! I had the time and the models (my kids) to practice on. All the time really let me learn the craft and when shutdowns lifted I started offering sessions and implemented everything that I learned.
I am a huge animal lover. You might have caught on since we have a little ranch full of animals.
If you would like to incorporate your furry baby into a session, please let me know! I love to include animals
If you have children with special needs, lets have a consult before your session to discuss how we can make it a fun and enjoyable experience for them.
My first job was at a therapeutic equine camp. Where we helped kids gain confidence, have a good time, and learn about horses. This taught me so much about kids with different abilities.
My approach with kids with ANY kids that needs a little extra planning is to plan an activity for them to focus on. Something that is unique to their likes and/or something you do as a family. That way you can focus on having fun and I can focus on capturing candid smiles and genuine emotion.
